At UTL Dispatching, we provide high-value digital resources, templates, and training courses tailored for the freight dispatching and logistics industry. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following policy:

1. Instant Download Access

Upon successful payment, your digital product (eBook, worksheet, checklist, template, etc.) will be available for immediate download. A download link will also be sent to your email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

2. No Physical Shipping

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical product will be mailed.

3. Download Limitations

Each download is available up to 3 times within 7 days of purchase. We recommend saving your file(s) immediately after download.

If your download link expires or fails, contact info@utltruckingnlogistics.com within 7 days for support.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you receive the wrong file or are unable to access your download due to a technical issue, email us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Licensing & Usage Rights

Your purchase includes a single-user license. You may use the content for personal or business use within your organization.
Redistribution, resale, copying, or sharing of UTL Dispatching digital content is strictly prohibited.

6. Course Access Terms

If you purchase a digital course (including self-guided or group freight dispatching training):

  • You will receive access instructions via email within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Course access is valid for 90 days unless otherwise specified.

  • All course content is protected under copyright and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed.

  • Certificates of completion are issued only upon successful completion of course activities.

  • Group coaching and hands-on practice sessions are available only during designated schedules.
