Is MOTUS Showing Your Active Authority as Missing?

Active motor carriers are reporting MOTUS profile issues where authority data is not displaying correctly. If your profile appears inactive or missing authority, you need to act fast.

FMCSA has launched Motus as part of its new registration system, and carriers are being advised to keep their FMCSA Portal information accurate and updated. FMCSA also directs carriers needing help to contact the FMCSA Contact Center at 1-800-832-5660.
