By participating in any podcast interview, livestream, video recording, promotional recording, or media appearance with UTL Dispatching LLC DBA UTL Trucking Education Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Your participation is voluntary and grants UTL Trucking Education Hub permission to record, edit, publish, distribute, reproduce, promote, and repurpose your interview, likeness, voice, name, image, statements, and submitted materials across all current and future media platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, advertisements, streaming services, and promotional campaigns.

All recorded audio, video, graphics, clips, thumbnails, transcripts, promotional materials, and related content remain the sole property of UTL Dispatching LLC DBA UTL Trucking Education Hub.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have provided parental authorization
• You voluntarily consent to being recorded
• You waive any right to royalties, residuals, revenue sharing, licensing fees, or future compensation related to the content
• UTL Trucking Education Hub maintains full editorial rights regarding editing, formatting, clipping, captions, headlines, promotional excerpts, and distribution
• Requests for content removal after publication are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of UTL Trucking Education Hub
Guests and participants are solely responsible for their own statements, opinions, products, services, promotions, claims, demonstrations, advice, and representations made during interviews or appearances.

UTL Dispatching LLC DBA, UTL Trucking Education Hub does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any guest statements, products, services, financial claims, legal claims, educational content, or business opportunities discussed or promoted during any interview or appearance.

By participating in any recording or media production with UTL Trucking Education Hub, you release and hold harmless UTL Dispatching LLC DBA, UTL Trucking Education Hub, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, disputes, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your participation or the use of the content.
